1. Visitors must register fifteen minutes prior to desired visitation period.
2. Visitors must have current picture ID with date of birth or social security number. This ID must be from a State, Federal, or foreign governmental agency.
3. No visitor will be allowed if they are under the age of 18, unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
4. Spouses 17 years of age or younger must furnish a picture ID and their marriage certificate in order to visit.
5. Only one adult visitor per inmate. Not more that one child per visitor will be allowed in the visiting room. Inmates may have up to three visitors on any scheduled visitation date. Each child accompanying an adult on a visit will be considered one visitor. If minor children are left waiting in the visitation waiting area, they must be supervised by a responsible adult and behave in an orderly fashion.
6. Visitors will leave all personal property (purses, keys, money, wallets, packages, and metal items) in the visitor's car or visitor's lockers in the waiting room.
7. All visitors will be required to pas through a metal detector before entering the visitation rooms, provided the metal detector is available.
8. Any visitor attempting to introduce contraband items in this facility will be subject to criminal prosecution.
9. No food or drink will be allowed in the visitor's waiting area.
10. No visitors will be allowed to use cameras or recording devices.
11. Visitation time will be 30 minutes and can be ended at the discretion of security personnel. An inmate is allowed 2 hours of visitation, maximum, per week, as set forth in the visitation schedule.
12. Visitors will be denied visitation if there is reasonable grounds to believe they are a threat to the facility's security or order.
a. Visitors will not be allowed to visit if it appears they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
b. Failure to comply with visitation regulations will result in termination of the visit and possible further disciplinary actions.
13. Property may only be brought in during visitation times. This property will be subject to inspection and approval by staff.
14. Property allowed: Money (cash or money orders); undergarments ( 2 pairs each - socks, underwear and bras [ no under wires]); eyeglasses or contact lenses; contact solution; and medication in original container (upon verification of authenticity).
15. Release of an inmate's property/money:
a. An inmate wishing to release property of funds to a third party must arrange to have the property released by filling out an inmate property release form at least 48 hours prior to the visit.
b. The property will be released during visitation times to the designated person.
